CHEC Spring Showcase: Students demonstrate discoveries through displays, CFA classes present an overview of their work, and students present artwork and performances on stage.

Art and Talent Show: Artwork in various media and performances on stage

Christmas Party: Family gathering for food donations and roller skating

Fall Country Dance: Family gathering for fun and “called” dancing (not yearly)

Fall Field Day: Athletic and friendly competitions for all ages, accompanied by a picnic

(Not Offered 2014-2015)  Geography Bee: A night focusing on countries and cultures. Enjoy games, food, friendships, and competition.

Graduation/ Promotion: End of the year ceremony and celebration for all students, highlighting high school graduates

(Not offered 2014-2015)  Spelling Bee: Scripps National Spelling Bee program for students under age 15 or just a fun old-fashioned spell off.

Spring Ball: Formal Civil War-style dance for homeschoolers age 14 through grade 12

Spring Picnic: Family gathering at a local park for games, enjoyment, and food

Stanford Testing: No-cost, end-of-the-year standardized testing for students grades 1 – 12

Valentine’s Day Party: A family gathering for crafts, food, and socializing

CHEC Swap Meet: Bring your stuff to give away and take others’ give-a-ways home.
